Terms & Conditions For Online Fee Submission
These Terms & Conditions govern the payment of fees through the online payment system provided by St.Anne's High School. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below:

Acceptance of Terms
- By making a payment through our online portal, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any amendments made in the future.

Payment Gateway
- St. Anne's High School uses a secure third-party payment gateway for processing payments. We do not capture or store any card or banking information on our servers.

Transaction Charges
- Transaction charges, including service fees and processing fees imposed by banks/payment gateways, will be borne by the payer and added to the payable amount.

Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful transaction, a digital receipt will be generated and sent to your registered email ID. Please retain a copy for your records. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the school office.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of multiple payments, cancellation of admission, or other legitimate circumstances as approved by management. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days, with valid documentation.
- It will be at the discretion of the management to consider the request of the refund.
- Refunds if approved will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If, for any reason, that is not possible, we will coordinate with parents/guardians to arrange an alternative refund method.

Limitation of Liability
St. Anne's High School shall not be liable for any payment failure due to:

- St. Anne's High School reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the school's website.
